Friday (the day) was great. Carman and myself were the only two at work, so we decided to locate ourselves in a coffee shop instead of the office. We did our work there, until my dad came downtown and took me out to eat at Champs. Basically, that rocked. When I returned, it was time to go home. So I stopped by Starbucks and began my drive back. It was a perfect day. Great for driving. I barley remembered that I blew $20 just driving to Indy by myself.
When I returned home, the weekend hit a sour note. We went out that night. I just might take a week or two off from drinking, thought. Who knows.
Speaking of drinking, lets talk about my cat. She is getting rather old, and will one day not be a kitten. She seems to enjoy her time, though. We took her to Petsmart this last Saturday, and she is getting use to the strangeness of the place. She likes watching the birds, but doesn’t find interest in the mice or hamsters. But overall, she enjoys her trips. After we returned home, I took a nap. This nap was well needed due to the two hours I got in the previous night.
Sunday was a day of rest. And homework. Fun stuff.
